How to get started

To get started as a Hosting Direct Reseller all you have to do is sign up for our HD-300-MASTER plan at the monthly price of $20.00 USD. This will give you the same system resources as our HD-300 plan in addition to all the WHM account manager and additional reseller tools.

After you sign up as a reseller you will get access to your own Web Host Manager (WHM) where you will be able to add, delete and modify your accounts real time. Existing clients may also upgrade to our reseller plan at any time by opening a support ticket.

If you move 10 or more hosting packages to Master billing account we will even mark down your HD-300-MASTER plan to half price - a $10.00 per month value!

Tools

We will provide you with a complete set of automated tools including cPanel and Web Host Manager (WHM) to manage your accounts with real time activation, knowledge base modules, trouble tickets system and access to our special reseller support forum.

Support:

We strive to offer good quality support that meets the needs of business grade clients. As a reseller we will provide you with escalated support for your resold accounts, including an advanced trouble ticket system, reseller forum support and phone message center on an as-needed basis.

You will be expected to provide technical support to your customers, and we back you up with full 2nd level escalation support. At no time will we contact or interact with your customers, you will be our primary contact.

Billing

We will prorate your additional accounts so that billing for all of your packages will occur on the same day as your master account each month. We will bill you for all of your resold accounts on a single bill. You just need to keep the HD-300-MASTER account active.

You leverage these plans, perhaps offering free hosting for a good design client, or add a small monthly maintenance fee, mark up the price and keep the profit. This is a great way for webmasters and developers to offer hosting to their clients as an added service.

To be a reseller you must have a Credit Card on file and pay monthly. We will email a single detailed bill monthly outlining your total charges.
